Trayvon Jefferson Bey"Tray Bey"
Trayvon Jefferson Bey, widely known as "Tray Bey," is a former professional basketball player turned international coach, entrepreneur, and sports executive. He is the Founder and CEO of Bey Sports Agency & Consulting (BSA), a global agency dedicated to helping athletes build professional careers and expand their brand worldwide.
As a player, Bey built his reputation competing professionally across multiple countries — China, Jamaica, Guatemala, the UAE — including strong stints in Mexico, where he earned All-Star recognition and gained attention for his scoring ability, athleticism, and leadership on the court.
Following his playing career, Bey transitioned into coaching and player development, working with athletes in the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, Dubai, and China. Through BSA, he has successfully placed over 300 athletes into professional opportunities across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

The BSA College Placement Program helps student-athletes and international students gain access to college and university opportunities worldwide through athletics, academics, and professional guidance — providing a real pathway to continue their education while competing at the collegiate level.
This program provides athletes with a pathway to continue their education while competing at the collegiate level. BSA works directly with schools, coaches, athletic departments, recruiters, and international partners to help place qualified student-athletes into the best possible academic and athletic environment.
We help athletes navigate recruitment, eligibility requirements, highlight videos, scholarships, and coach communication every step of the way.
